Context
The Customer Success team had to create customized questionnaires for each customer, based on Word or Excel documents they sent us.
Problem
Each question had to be copied and pasted manually into the application editor, a repetitive and time-consuming task that could take up to an hour per questionnaire.
Solution
I developed an internal tool that automates this process:
Automatic extraction of content from Word and Excel files using Mammoth and SheetJS.
Impact
- A gain of 3 hours per week for the Customer Success team, which can now focus on providing strategic support to customers rather than copying and pasting.
